1.     WAYS OF PAYMENT

You can pay for your order via T/TL/CPaypal and Ali-assurance.

 

2.     DEPOSIT AND BALANCE

30% deposit and 70% balance paid before ex-factory.

4.     TIME OF SHIPMENT

1.     HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

PACKSYS accepts payment by T/T, L/C, Paypal or Ali Assurance. In ordinary circumstance, we’ll charge 30% deposit. After mass-production, the remaining 70% shall be collected against loaded containers and shipping documents.

 

2.     WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DIFFERENT TRADE TERMS

The trade term you choose has much to do with the tariffs and freight. Under DDP, our quotation includes tariffs, freight, insurance and other customs expenses. Under DUP, tariffs is not included in our quotation. If you choose FOB, insurance, freight and tariffs are NOT included in our quotation. Please consult our sales for details.

 

3.     HOW LONG DOES THE QUOTATION VALID

A formal quotation from PACKSYS usually valid for 30 days. The cost of raw material and transportation will change according to supply and demand of the marketso please take the validity of quotation (which will be clearly marked in the quotation) into consideration when placing orders.

 

4.     HOW LONG CAN I RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS THAT I ORDERED

After order confirmation, mass-production takes approximately 30 days and 10 to 15 days more during peak season (from July to December). Time of shipment varies from one week to 30 days, mainly depending on the way of shipment (ocean or air) and the distance to client’s destination. For more accurate time estimates, please consult our sales for details.

 

5.     WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE EXACT PRODUCT THAT I WANT IN THE PRE-EXISTED MOLDS OF PACKSYS™?

In order to meet the personalized needs of our clients, PACKSYSprovides 3D-printed prototype samples and mold opening services. We call it “bespoke beauty”. If your initial order quantity is more than 50,000 (pieces/sets), the mold opening will be FREE. If not, the mold opening fee is also refundable so long as your cumulative order quantity reaches a certain amount. Please consult our sales for details.

 

6.     WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESSES AND HOW LONG WILL THEY TAKE?

Firstly, our designers will draw an engineering drawing according to clients’ specific requirements. Secondly, several prototype samples will be made through 3D printing for our clients to test and examine. Finally, engineers in PACKSYS will open a new mold and adjust it as per the sample confirmed by the clients. The whole process will take 15 to 25 days under normal circumstance.

 

7.     WHAT DECORATION PROCESSES CAN BE APPLIED TO THE PRODUCTS BY PACKSYS

In recent years, PACKSYS has introduced many advanced production equipment and passed a series of environmental protection reviews by the government. Hence, our factories can meet  almost all the decoration processes of our clients’ requirement. Gold and silver hot foil, silk-screen printing, spot UV, cast cure, soft-touch effect, varnish, gold and silver anodization, debossing and embossing are all available.

 

8.     MY INTEND ORDER QUANTITY IS FAR BELOW THE MOQIS IT NEGOTIABLE

For well-known reasons, the smaller the order quantity, the higher the production cost. Therefore, the MOQ of our plastic products are generally set at 20,000 pieces. However, in order to meet the needs of some new clients, we have also prepared a Ready-To-Ship series which has sufficient stock and the MOQ could be down to 1,000 pieces. Please kindly contact our sales for more information.

 

9.     CAN I GET SOME SAMPLES BEFORE I PLACE ORDER? DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT

Clients are more than welcome to ask for product samples. PACKSYSwill provide our clients with all kind of samples ASAP so long as we have them in stock, so please do not hesitate to ask during the inquiry. Most samples are absolutely for free and all you have to pay is express charges.

 

10.  CAN I BOOK A FACTORY TOUR

Our factories are mainly located around the Pearl River Delta region of Southern China, clients are always welcomed to visit our companies and factories. To book a factory tour, please give us a call and write an e-mail to info@packsysgroup.com, or consult with our sales staff. We’ll arrange a factory tour for you A.S.A.P

P.S Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, factory tour is currently suspended until further notice.

 

11.  WHAT QUALIFICATION DOES PACKSYSHAVE

PACKSYSand its five subsidiaries have basically all the qualifications that you need for packaging. ISO:9001, SGS, GMP, CE, Class II medical device license, etc. We can provide the documents for inspection along with the shipment.

 

12.  WHAT IF THERE IS A QUALITY PROBLEM AFTER I RECEIVED MY ORDER

Before the products are delivered, each batch of goods will go through a full inspection by the machine and a second sampling inspection by the quality inspection personnel of PACKSYS. Howeverwe always appreciate clients’ feedback on the quality of our products. Please let us know if there’s any quality problem and make sure you documented it by video and pictures, we’ll refund or re-produce for you once we confirm it’s our problem.
